Job Description

This position is responsible for performing Lead Change Management activities and/or supervising the overall Change Management effort for a project. This role reports to the Control Team Leader on a large project.
Lead and develop Change Management resources.
Develop, implement, and direct the total Change Management program.
Develop an understanding of all baseline documents in concert with the Project Team to assist in Change / Trend identification.
Analyze variances in cost or schedule performance against the baseline, document the Change/Trend, and communicate the reasons for the issuance of variance and proposed mitigation plans to Project Management
Conduct Weekly Change Management Review Meetings
Prepare Change Management Reports for Weekly and Monthly issue
Other duties as assigned

Basic Job Requirements
Accredited four (4) year degree or global equivalent in applicable field of study and six (6) years of work-related experience or a combination of education and directly related experience equal to ten (10) years if non-degreed; some locations may have additional or different qualifications in order to comply with local requirements
Ability to communicate effectively with audiences that include but are not limited to management, coworkers, clients, vendors, contractors, and visitors
Job related technical knowledge necessary to complete the job
Ability to learn and apply knowledge of applicable local, state/province, and federal/national statutes and guidelines
Ability to attend to detail and work in a time-conscious and time-effective manner

Preferred Qualifications
Change Management experience for a large-sized project or medium-sized project
Applicable technical knowledge and practical experience with typical software systems, such as: Primavera P6, SAP, and related Management tools for Cost, Change, and Progress
Industry- specific experience in all phases of a project: Engineering, Procurement, Construction
May need to travel domestically or internationally for project assignments and in support of business related matters
