Our dynamic and growing Architecture & Engineer (A&E) team is seeking to hire a Senior Project Manager with proven project management expertise to lead, train and mentor a team of CAD Technicians and oversee project financials to ensure profitability and efficiencies.

What You will Do:

Project Management & A&E Oversight:
Lead and manage an A&E team and projects for telecommunications infrastructure, including new site builds, modifications, and upgrades.
Ensure compliance with client requirements, jurisdictional regulations, and industry standards.
Oversee the preparation of detailed construction drawings, zoning and permitting documents, and structural layouts.
Review and approve CAD drawings, technical documents, and engineering reports to ensure accuracy and quality.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including structural engineers, permitting specialists, and field personnel.
Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans.
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, vendors, and stakeholders.
Serve as a key technical resource, providing ongoing guidance and support to junior staff.

Financial Management & Budget Oversight:
Manage and oversee project financials, ensuring projects are delivered within budget and align with financial targets.
Track project costs, approve expenses, and ensure efficient resource allocation.
Work with finance and leadership teams to monitor project profitability and

implement cost-saving strategies.
Prepare financial reports and forecasts for ongoing and upcoming projects.

Leadership, Mentorship & Training:
CAD skills, drawing accuracy, and telecom knowledge.
Review and provide constructive feedback on CAD drawings, ensuring consistency and compliance with telecom carrier and jurisdictional requirements.
Establish best practices for drawing production, data management, and quality control within the A&E team.
Function as a key technical resource, providing ongoing guidance and support to

CAD technicians.

Travel & On-Site Training (Up to 50%):
Travel to train and mentor CAD technicians, ensuring they understand telecom site

conditions and project requirements.
Conduct field training sessions on site layouts, as-built documentation, and site data collection.
Work closely with field teams, engineers, and contractors to validate site conditions and A&E deliverables.
Participate in client and jurisdictional meetings as needed to support project approvals and design discussions.

QUALIFICATIONS

Required:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or a

related field.
Minimum of 5-10 years of experience in telecommunications A&E project

management.
Fluency in Spanish and English is required as it involves working with Spanish-

speaking clients, vendors, and team members. The successful candidate must be

able to communicate technical concepts clearly in both English and Spanish.
Must have demonstrated experience with financial management and ability to manage

project budgets, track expenses, and ensure cost efficiency.
Proven experience required leading teams, mentoring, and training CAD technicians

or A&E teams.
Ability to perform site visits and working in outdoor environments as needed.
Must have exceptional problem solving, analytical and critical-thinking skills to

troubleshoot design issues and optimize structural solutions.
Able to work in a highly collaborative/team environment with individuals from various offices and disciplines through all phases of design.
Advance technical proficiency required including strong knowledge of AutoCAD, Civil 3D, Revit, or similar CAD software. Proficiency in using Microsoft Suite products such as MS Word, Excel, Teams, and Outlook.
Must have extensive regulatory knowledge i.e., familiarity with permitting

requirements, zoning codes, and jurisdictional regulations for telecom infrastructure.
Strong communication skills required and able to convey technical concepts clearly in both English and Spanish to team members and stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications:
PMP (Project Management Professional) certification is a plus.
Architectural or Civil/Structural Engineering License.
Experience with telecom carriers' A&E standards and site development processes.
Familiarity with telecom carrier standards and permitting processes.
