About the Role
The Sr Manager - Systems Integration Analyst, leads a team of Systems Integration Analysts, offering guidance in day-to-day operations, providing mentorship, and fostering professional development. Acting as the primary point of escalation, they proactively address obstacles and resolve issues to ensure project success. The manager facilitates collaboration within the team to ensure technical designs align with and fulfill customer business requirements. Additionally, they strategically identify and implement initiatives to refine or enhance processes. This role involves overseeing the workload and performance of a team of up to seven Systems Integration Analysts.

About the Role

This role involves overseeing the workload and performance of a team of up to seven Systems Integration Analysts.
What the Candidate Will Do
- Lead a team of Systems Integration Analysts using performance and development methodology. Build positive, respectful relationships with peers on and across the aisle as well as cross functionally. Be seen and heard as a leader in all engagements.
- Guide and develop the team using SMART goals. Conduct weekly 1:1's to ensure proper mentorship is provided as well as listen with intent to ensure the team is supported and can achieve work/life balance. Conduct quarterly reviews of goal statuses and conduct meaningful performance evaluations annually
- Serve as the first point of escalation for the team to remove obstacles and resolve issues to ensure they are successful.
- Provide support to the sales team during prospective customer meetings, serving as the TMS and integration subject matter expert
Travel

Basic Qualifications
- High School diploma or GED
- At least 5 years Transportation/Logistics experience
- At least 5 years People Management experience
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience using Transportation Management Software
- Experience using Requirements and Development Repositories and Project Management Software (Confluence, Jira, Kibana, Lightwell, and Workfront)
- Advanced functions of Microsoft Office products (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Visio)
