Our team drives the Payments portfolio of solutions at LexisNexis Risk Solutions, specializing in account validation and the processing of cross-border payments. We also offer a robust KYC product suite that streamlines the onboarding and due diligence of financial counterparties. The Payments market is a dynamic global business, spanning five key regions (EMEA, APAC, LATAM, North America, UK&I), boasting a substantial customer base and impressive profit margins.
About the Role
This role serves as the main coordination point for the Payments Efficiency commercial agenda within the NAM Market, bridging Market Planning, Marketing, Product and Commercial/Sales teams. It involves providing pre-sales and sales engineering technical expertise to support the sales team and customers. The role also includes contributing technical and commercial input into bid proposals and identifying additional sales opportunities with existing customers. Additionally, it requires demonstrating and explaining products at customer sites, collaborating with sales teams to develop tailored solutions, and maintaining comprehensive knowledge of the organization's and competitors' products and services. Driving pipeline growth is a key area of responsibility.
Ideal candidate can be hybrid in Alpharetta GA or remote in GA.

Responsibilities
- Market-facing position focused on Payments Efficiency and driving the sales pipeline.
- Drives client-development strategies and sales-enablement activities through thought leadership, product knowledge, and industry expertise.
- Drives pipeline growth across NAM.
- Guides our expansive Sales teams through near and long-term market strategies to achieve commercial success.
- Acts as coordination point for the Payments Efficiency commercial agenda within the NAM Market.
- Inform commercial planning and strategies between Market Planning, Marketing and Commercial/Sales teams for those markets
- Provides pre-sales and sales engineering technical expertise to the sales team and customers during the sales process
- Provides technical and commercial input into bid proposals, projects and technical documents within the sales process and identifies additional sales opportunities with existing customers
- Demonstrates and explains the organization's products at customer sites and feeds back into the product roadmap based on these interactions
- Ability to train and mentor team members as needed
Requirements
- Requires specialized depth and/or breadth of expertise. (7+ years)
