Position Details:
The Contract Specialist is responsible for drafting, organizing, and the recordkeeping of facility/client and vendor contracts for the Operations and Business Development teams. Sending contracts for signature, making revisions, tracking signatures, and notifying the appropriate parties regarding next steps.

Position Details:
The Contract Specialist is responsible for drafting, organizing, and the recordkeeping of facility/client and vendor contracts for the Operations and Business Development teams. Responsibilities:
- Draft, edit, and revise sales contracts
- Send/receive sales contracts to/from prospective and existing clients
- Coordinate red-line negotiations between sales prospects/clients
- Send/receive BAAs to/from sales prospects/clients
- Coordinate vendor contracts
Education & Experience:
- A bachelor's degree in pre-law or English or equivalent work experience is preferred
- 2+ years of experience with editing and revising sales contracts, legal documents, or employment agreements
- Extremely high attention to detail is required
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Highly organized with attention to detail and the ability to meet deadlines
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite/Google
- The ability to sit and work at a computer/desk for prolonged periods of time
