Job Description
Job Title: Registered Nurse

Job Specialty: Interventional Radiology

Job Duration: 13 weeks

Shift: AM 10-hour shifts, 7:00 am-5:30 pm or 8:00 am-6:30 pm

Guaranteed Hours: 40 hours per week, plus call requirement

Experience: Not specified

License: Registered Nurse License

Certifications: COVID-19 and Flu vaccines required; only medical declinations allowed for boosters

Must-Have:

- Ability to respond within 30 minutes for call shifts
- Familiarity with both body and neuro cases, as well as stroke

Job Description:

- Provide patient care and support in the Interventional Radiology Lab and Pre & Post Care Area.
- Participate in 1-2 nights of on-call duty per week, with shifts from 8:00 am to 6:30 pm and call from 6:30 pm to 7:00 am.
- Participate in weekend calls from Saturday 7:00 am to Monday 7:00 am every 5-8 weeks.
- Deliver high-quality nursing care to patients undergoing interventional radiology procedures.
- Ensure adherence to all safety and infection control protocols.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to provide comprehensive patient care.
- Complete 110 hours of orientation for the role.
- Floating to other units is not required.
