- Experienced Tech Lead with expertise in Master Data Management (MDM) and Extract, Transform, Load (ETL) processes.
- The ideal candidate will lead our technical team, oversee the design and implementation of MDM solutions, and ensure the efficient handling of data through ETL processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Technical Leadership: Provide technical guidance and mentorship to the development team.
- MDM Implementation: Lead the design, development, and deployment of MDM solutions to ensure data accuracy, consistency, and governance.
- ETL Processes: Oversee the development and maintenance of ETL processes using ALTERYX to ensure efficient data integration and transformation.
- Strong Skills in KAFKA
- Collaboration: Work closely with business stakeholders, data stewards, and other technical teams to understand data requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Documentation: Prepare and maintain technical documentation, including design specifications, user guides, and operational procedures.
What you'll bring:
- Experience of 12+ years in MDM and ETL processes, with at least 2 years in a Tech Lead role.
- Proficiency in MDM tools, ETL tools (Alteryx), KAFKA for streaming data, and database technologies (e.g., SQL, Oracle).
- Strong problem-solving abilities, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
