Your Impact:

• Oversee Comprehensive Operations - Manage processing, distribution, and maintenance activities, ensuring seamless execution and maximum efficiency across services like steel plate rolling, structural steel processing, and CNC machining.
• Implement Excellence - Apply best-in-class manufacturing and distribution methodologies, aligning operations with ISO 9001:2015 standards and industry best practices.

• Drive Continuous Improvement - Promote Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma principles to ensure we remain at the forefront of processing and distribution.

Who You Are:

• A proven leader with at least 10 years in industrial operations, including 5+ years in managerial roles.
• An expert in steel processing and distribution, with deep knowledge of industrial workflows, logistics, and quality management systems.
• A strategic thinker capable of balancing the big picture with hands-on problem-solving.
• A safety-first operator who believes that an incident-free workplace is the only acceptable standard.
• A data-driven decision-maker, proficient in KPIs, workflow optimization, and performance analytics.
• A relationship builder, skilled at managing teams, engaging with customers, and fostering a culture of accountability and collaboration.
• Ideally, certified in Lean Six Sigma (Black Belt preferred), or industry-specific logistics certifications.
