This position will primarily focus on Dynamics 365 (D365), responsible for programming, troubleshooting, executing, and versioning existing code specifically related to D365 and associated applications. Key responsibilities include providing robust support for D365, in-house and third-party integrations in a dynamic environment, performing break-fix analysis, managing updates, overseeing data migration processes, and documenting system procedures and root cause analyses. This role covers the complete software development lifecycle, handling complex operational and support challenges, and mentoring junior team members. The candidate will lead training sessions, help set team norms and service-level agreements (SLAs), and actively manage vendor and Microsoft support relationships. Secondary focus will be overall support of financial technology systems for the enterprise.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES:

  • Perform coding tasks, unit tests, and occasionally perform complex problem troubleshooting, root cause, and break/fix
  • Mentor and direct the teams, managing work and balancing priorities between multiple customers.
  • Developing comprehensive technical documentation
  • Analysis and estimation for scoping project efforts.
  • Lead solution, design, and execution of deliverables


REQUIREMENTS:

  • 10+ Years and bachelor's degree in computer science, Computer Engineering or related field required. Equivalent professional experience will be accepted in lieu of degree.
  • Knowledge and understanding of server, applications, network, and systems.
  • Excellent communication skills are essential.
  • Manage relationship with HSO (Microsoft Partner) for custom D365 code development, management, and update processes.
  • Manage interactions and ticket creation with Microsoft Support.
  • Address break-fix issues in Dynamics 365 (D365).
  • Oversee D365 update processes, regression testing, and issue resolution.
  • Define and manage D365 interfaces and integrations with other HICV applications.
  • Oversee data migration and management into and out of D365.
  • Document processes related to break-fixes, new processes, and applications.
  • Act as a functional consultant providing configuration guidance within D365.
  • Add and configure new legal entities within D365 as required.
  • Set up and update budget forecasting and annual budgeting processes within new and existing entities.
  • Manage and maintain Synapse Link and Data Lake integrations.
  • Understand and utilize Power Apps and Power BI reporting.
  • Review and communicate pertinent new features introduced in D365 updates.
  • Manage data movements within D365 effectively.
  • Utilize Management Reporter (MR) for reporting needs.
  • Administer Lifecycle Services (LCS) until its deprecation (mid to late 2025).
  • Understand and manage Azure environments supporting D365, including DEV environments.
  • Handle data transfers via Azure Blob Storage.
  • Understand and manage the D365 customization process.
  • Integrate D365 with Independent Software Vendors (ISVs).
  • Create and manage batch jobs.
