We are hiring a Demand Planning Manager in either of our corporate offices in Bloomington, MN or Marshall, MN. In this role you are accountable for executing the Integrated Business Planning (IBP) process, which integrates the strategic and operational business plan across functions for a group of BU Categories. This role will be responsible for leading the monthly demand review and contribute to the weekly huddles, monthly MBRs and creation of the GROC.

The base salary range for this position is $81,750 to $136,250 annually with eligibility for a 15% annual incentive bonus that is based on organizational performance. The pay range represents the numerous factors considered in the hiring decisions including, but not limited to education, skills, work experience, certifications, geography etc. As such, starting pay for the successful candidate(s) could fall anywhere within the stated range.

Education: Bachelors degree or equivalent
Years of Related Experience: 5 + years related experience
Knowledge/Skills/Abilities: Ability to demonstrate an understanding of project management processes and supply chain principles. Demonstrates managerial experience and professional leadership skills, ability to effectively communicate verbally and written, technical and non- technical information across various levels of the organization. Have an understanding of JDA, Nielsen, MEI, functionality, business, processes as well as related interfaces and data exchanges as they correlate to supply chain. Have a basic understanding of SAP. Must posses strong written and oral communication skills as well as strong presentation skills. Must be analytical with strong complex problem-solving skills demonstrate attention to detail. Must exhibit high levels of organization skills such as; the ability to work independently and under stressful situations, the ability to adapt to the changing needs of the organization. Must be able to lead and facilitate projects and analyze software systems and data as well as business processes. Must have the ability to understand and create budgets, position requires intermediate financial analysis skills. Must be able to supervise staff, include policy administration, performance appraisals, discipline, and supervisory employment and bidding selections. Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities:
- Aids in delivering the Business Unit's near and long term strategic and tactical plans through facilitation of the IBP Cycle, including delivering an aligned upon Demand Forecast for responsible categories.
- Lead demand planners for assigned categories and support demand planners in following aligned upon processes and routines to drive increased forecast accuracy.
- Drive continuous improvement on BU Consensus Process and routines.
- Facilitates organization and execution of the Business Unit IBP routines including Demand Review, and Sales, Operations and Execution (S&OE).
- Supports the IBP Lead with the Business Unit Monthly Business Review meeting.
- Works in close collaboration with functional areas such as Marketing, Sales, Finance and Supply Chain to ensure deliverables and timelines are met.
- Contributes to the risk & opportunities ledger, inclusive of supply/demand & financial gaps and resolutions.
Qualifications:
- 7+ years of total demand planning and forecasting experience, including 2 years guiding or leading planning teams
- 4-year degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Marketing, Supply Planning or similar areas. Experience in consumer-packaged goods preferred
- In-depth knowledge in one or more of the following areas: Supply Planning, Demand Planning, , Procurement, Manufacturing and Supply Chain consulting
- Demonstrates significant business maturity, strong business acumen, executive-caliber communication, influencing skills, and ability to develop and deliver recommendations
- Proven experience in defining meaningful insights and solutions to action. Advanced analytical skills
- Independent worker and project manager with the ability to lead and resolve complex problems.
- Ability to manage projects and continuous improvement initiatives with cross-functional teams
