Founded in 2012 and headquartered an hour south of Santa Barbara, we are developing infrared systems for imaging and laser detection for commercial, industrial, and defense industries in our 35,000 square foot facility!

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Engineer specializing in mixed signal circuit design, schematic entry, and PCB layout to join our innovative team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and testing mixed signal circuits, ensuring high performance and reliability in various applications.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and develop mixed signal circuits to meet project specifications.
  • Conduct schematic entry and PCB layout for complex designs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate circuit designs into larger systems.
  • Perform SPICE simulations to validate circuit performance and optimize designs.
  • Test and measure circuit prototypes to ensure functionality and compliance with specifications.
  • Provide technical support during the manufacturing process and address any issues that arise.
  • Document design processes and maintain detailed records of circuit designs and modifications.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
  • Proven experience in mixed signal circuit design, schematic entry, and PCB layout.
  • Proficiency in circuit design software and SPICE simulation tools.
  • Strong understanding of analog and digital circuits.
  • Experience with PCB design tools and best practices.
  • Familiarity with test and measurement equipment for circuit validation.
  • Knowledge of VHDL, Verilog, and FPGA programming is a plus.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and communicate effectively.
