We're looking for a strategic Product Leader who's learned lessons the hard way in the trenches and is ready to scale our vision.

This is a senior leadership role requiring someone who can navigate complexity while maintaining momentum. You'll need to balance exploration with decision-making, and have the resilience to drive massive impact.

The Impact You'll Drive:

• Lead product strategy across multiple product areas, taking ideas from concept through impactful delivery
• Scale our AI/ML capabilities, particularly in product-led growth (PLG) and sales-led motions
• Build and mentor high-performing product teams while fostering a bias for action
• Drive cross-functional initiatives that balance innovation with technical feasibility

You're Our Person If:

• You've taken products from 0 to 1 to scale, with battle scars to prove it
• You're a quick dot-connector who's comfortable with ambiguity and complexity
• You have deep understanding of AI/ML developments in B2B SaaS
• You balance strategic vision with tactical execution

• Strong product intuition backed by data-driven decision making
• Ability to strip opportunities down to their barest form and make hard trade-offs
• Track record of garnering stakeholder support at all levels
• Excellence in strategic validation and problem-solving

• Technical Acumen: Understanding software architecture and AI/ML capabilities
