POSITION SUMMARY

Truveris is hiring a Marketplace Manager to be the primary strategic owner of and central point of contact for PBM (supplier) relationships; including, engaging in regular communication and establishing cross-functional organizational engagement with PBM (suppliers) as needed across all business units. The Marketplace Manager will lead the development, deployment, and execution of onboarding and implementing new suppliers to the Truveris Marketplace, as well as, the performance measurement and tracking for PBMs on the Truveris Marketplace. This person will establish, execute, and manage internal content pertaining to PBMs and supplier relationships. The Marketplace Manager will provide support in determining appropriate supplier participants in strategic bids based on PBM profiles, relationships, and client requirements.

RESPONSIBILITIES
Establish cadence, attendees, and content of PBM/Supplier meetings
Maintain collateral and other materials from PBM/Suppliers
Facilitate and lead quarterly and annual review meetings to review PBM/Supplier performance and identify next steps
Lead PBM/Supplier outreach and escalation for things such as LOA, NDA, file layout issues, payments, legal issues, process improvement, BPA updates, etc.
Support in implementing value-add opportunities for PBMs/Suppliers, such as educational sessions, co-sponsored seminars, or other strategic initiatives
Define and document the criteria for continued access to the Marketplace (i.e. financial criteria, market demand, differentiators, qualitative criteria, etc.)
Lead contracting process for new suppliers, as well as supporting annual re-contracting of current PBMs/Suppliers based on updated terms, pricing, and/or requirements
Conduct new partner onboarding trainings in portal and solicit PBM/Supplier scorecards
Ensure the operational functions required of PBMs/Suppliers are occurring, e.g. data transfer, legal documents, etc.
Document and implement the processes developed for initial and ongoing performance management for PBMs/Suppliers
Work with departments across the business to track initial and ongoing feedback and performance criteria for new and current PBMs/Suppliers, including key contract terms, supplier scorecards, ongoing bid performance, annual review meetings, and customer and internal reviews/feedback
Determine tool, e.g. Sales Force, for content, contact information, key relationship mapping, relationship status, etc., as a single point of information for Truveris
Maintain partner profiles and dashboard in Salesforce/identified tool and advise internal teams on Marketplace partners
Upload and maintain PBM/Supplier contracts and key terms in portal/Salesforce/identified tool
Develop collaborative, cross-functional relationships within the organization to support initiatives and achieve objectives

QUALIFICATIONS
Previous experience in the PBM/Rx benefits industry is preferred
5 years or more of experience in vendor, client and/or supplier relations preferred
Undergraduate degree required, preferably in Economics or Business
Operational and production mindset to build and execute processes
Proven collaborator and problem solver
Proven ability to manage internal and external stakeholders
Ability to deploy sales and negotiation tactics with PBMs/Suppliers, confident and proactive communication skills
Ability to prioritize and multitask in a demanding work environment
Excellent interpersonal skills; strong oral and written communication skills
