Pay Range: $84.89hr - $88.89hr

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement scalable and reliable analytics, tools, KPI dashboards, for the Global Corporate Marketing and Sales Enablement functions to improve insights and productivity.
  • Thinking strategically, creating technical definition around customer objectives in complex situations, developing solution strategies, motivate & mobilize resources, and deliver results.
  • Interface with business customers, gathering requirements and delivering complete data products (datasets, visualization and more).
  • Oversee the development of analytical solutions in the data mart and shepherd the design review process, allowing assets to move into the enterprise catalog.
  • Design and implement data quality processes across our software systems and highlight opportunities for improvement.
  • Guide architecture design review process to drive ongoing improvement efforts.
  • Partner with IT systems owners, Enterprise Architecture data owners, & Marketing ops business process owners to augment the planning, prioritization, & alignment on critical initiatives.
  • Collaborate with data engineering to design data standards and architectures that support the business organizations.
  • rchitect and design analytical solutions that meet the requirements of business end users.
  • Use predictive modeling to increase and optimize customer experiences, revenue generation, ad targeting and other business outcomes.
  • Use business data & statistical methods to provide insight into business performance and suggest areas and methods of improving operations.
  • Participate in strategic & tactical planning discussions.
  • Practice good data and reporting governance & help improve overall master data integrity.
  • Demonstrating stakeholder management skills with the ability to work well with a cross-functional and geographically dispersed team and customer base.
Skills And Experience:
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, mathematics, computer science, data science, statistics, finance, or a similar quantitative field 5+ years' experience in Business Analytics, Data Science, Software Development, or related field with a proven track record of manipulating, processing, and extracting value from large datasets.
  • 5+ years' experience using data warehouse solutions and databases (using tools such as SQL, PL/SQL, MDX, etc.) Strong SQL skills, ability to perform optimized querying involving multiple tables and subqueries.
  • 4+ years' experience using business intelligence reporting tools (such as Tableau, Alteryx, PowerBI, etc.) Experience using statistical computer languages (R, Python, SLQ, etc.) to manipulate data and draw insights from large data sets.
  • Experience using analytical concepts and statistical techniques: hypothesis development, designing tests/experiments, analyzing data, drawing conclusions, and developing actionable recommendations for business teams.
  • Experience working with business system requirements and building solutions.
  • Experience gathering/documenting business requirements, using industry standard business intelligence tools to extract data, formulate metrics and build reports.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills required (agile projects), including a thorough understanding of how to interpret customer business needs and translate them into technical solutions.
