Specific Job Function:
- Perform calculations for treatment kinetics, separations, hydraulic modeling, membrane projections, evaporative cycles, and mass & energy balance in water treatment systems.
- Assist with bids, review drawings and sizing, respond to Requests for Information (RFI), prepare submittals, and contribute to proposal development.
- Develop and maintain engineering documents such as Process Flow Diagrams (PFD), Piping & Instrumentation Diagrams (P&ID), Sequence of Operations (SOO), manuals and commissioning scripts.
- Support cost estimation, Bill of Materials (BOM) development, financial analysis, and continuous cost reduction efforts for project proposals.
- Utilize AI tools to enhance business and process models and complete coding bootcamp as needed.
- Participate in cross-fictional training, pilot plant operations, system startups, and hands-on field training to develop a well-rounded skillset.
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in chemical, Civil, Industrial or Environmental Engineering, or a related technical field such as chemistry, physics or mathematics.
- Experience: 0-5 years of experience in engineering roles related to water treatment, process design, or industrial applications.
- Technical Proficiency: Strong foundation in chemical engineering principles, process modeling, and hydraulics. Experience with AutoCAD, Aspen, MATLAB, Python, or AI tools is a plus.
- US citizenship and ability to travel up to 25% for customer visits, training, and project execution as needed.

Target Salary Range: $70,000 - $110,000 year with eligibility to earn additional compensation pursuant to the Company's bonus plan. Exact pay will be based on factors including, but not limited to relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, level, geographic location, and business and organizational needs.
