Job Title: Radiologic Technologist/Hybrid OR
Job Specialty: Cath Lab Tech
Job Duration: 26 weeks
Shift: Day 4x10-Hour (07:00 - 17:30)
Guaranteed Hours: Not Specified
Experience: 2+ years experience required
License: Valid State License Preferred
Certifications: BLS/ACLS AHA Required
Must-Have: Epic experience, IR and/or Cath Lab experience
Job Description:
- Assist physicians during procedures, operating complex radiologic imaging equipment, including fluoroscopy, digital subtraction angiography, ultrasonography, and cone beam CT application.
- Prepare patients and supplies under sterile conditions for procedures. Collaborate in the procedure as needed.
- Obtain X-rays accurately while ensuring patient safety and comfort.
- Collaborate with other staff to provide patient care during examinations.
- Operate automatic injectors and select appropriate contrast agents under physician direction.
- Work independently on-call with department physicians and nursing staff.
- Handle procedures in operating rooms, endoscopy units, and various other patient care workflows.
- Participate in on-call rotations: overnight (1-2 nights per week) and 24-hour coverage on weekends (one per month).
- Travel between multiple work sites as required.
