You'll lead the design team-including architectural, engineering, and environmental disciplines-to ensure seamless execution of new and renovated mission-critical facilities.

If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and are passionate about driving results for high-profile clients, this is the role for you.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, maintaining strong relationships throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Develop and manage project schedules, work plans, and resources, adapting to changing requirements as needed.
  • Collaborate with engineering managers and other stakeholders to secure appropriate staffing and resources.
  • Coordinate specialized technical expertise and ensure alignment across project disciplines.
  • Mentor and guide assistant project managers and project coordinators, fostering professional growth within the team.
  • Ensure projects meet client expectations, budgets, and timelines while maintaining the highest quality standards.

What We Offer
  • The opportunity to work on complex, high-profile projects for industry-leading clients.
  • Professional development, mentorship, and career growth opportunities.
  • Paid professional membership fees, tuition reimbursement, and exam preparation support.
  • Vision, dental, and medical insurance with employer HSA contributions.
  • Traditional and Roth 401(k) plans with immediate vesting on matching contributions.
  • Paid holidays, Paid Time Off (PTO), and parental leave.
  • Monthly technology allowances and commuter benefits.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
  • Professional Engineer (PE) or Architect license, or a strong commitment to becoming licensed.
  • At least five years of experience in engineering or construction management, with expertise in mission-critical projects.
  • Proven ability to manage diverse, geographically distributed teams using virtual and in-person collaboration.
  • Understanding of both greenfield and renovation construction projects.
  • Willingness to travel occasionally and ability to meet client and federal background requirements.
  • Authorization to work in the United States.
