Job Summary

Reporting to the Chief of Staff, the Marketing Manager is primarily responsible for developing and leading the strategy to support our exciting phase of growth and expansion. This position will oversee campaigns that highlight our value proposition to customers, investors, and the broader market, ensuring our brand resonates across all channels. This role requires a blend of big-picture thinking, hands-on execution, and a knack for translating financial complexity into compelling narratives.

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Brand Strategy: Develop and refine a cohesive brand identity emphasizing trust, stability, and innovation to appeal to customers and investors alike.
  • Campaign Management: Design and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns (digital, print, social, events) to build awareness and excitement around our growth and our ongoing services.
  • Investor Engagement Support: Collaborate with the leadership team to craft marketing materials (e.g., presentations, videos, fact sheets) that communicate our financial story and growth potential to prospective shareholders.
  • Customer Retention & Acquisition: Drive initiatives to deepen relationships with existing clients while attracting new ones, showcasing how our growth enhances our offerings.
  • Content Creation: Oversee the development of high-quality content-blogs, web pages, social posts, press releases-that positions us as a thought leader in banking and finance.
  • Market Research: Analyze industry trends, competitor strategies, and customer insights to inform marketing plans and keep us ahead of the curve.
  • Team Leadership: Manage internal clients, vendors, and agencies, fostering collaboration and ensuring deadlines are met with excellence.
  • Metrics & Reporting: Track campaign performance, ROI, and brand sentiment, providing actionable insights to refine strategies
  • Other Duties as Assigned


BSA/AML/

Compliance Responsibilities

This position includes direct or indirect interaction with customers and other employees and therefore includes responsibilities relating to BSA/AML. The employee will have opportunity to examine and view information and documents produced by other employees of the Bank relating to BSA and therefore has the obligation to report suspicious activity to the BSA Officer as appropriate. The employee is responsible for understanding and following the Bank's BSA/AML policies including elevating suspicious activity to the BSA Officer. Additionally, the employee is required to understand and follow the Bank's compliance program.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field (MBA a plus).
  • Minimum of 5 years of marketing experience, ideally in financial services or a regulated industry.
  • Proven success leading campaigns for high-stakes moments (e.g., product launches, rebrands, or public offerings).
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing tools (SEO, social media platforms) and analytics (Google Analytics, etc.).
  • Exceptional storytelling skills-able to distill complex financial concepts into clear, engaging messages.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams (e.g., sales, compliance, investor relations).
  • Comfort thriving in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities and tight deadlines.
  • Banking experience is highly preferred
  • Familiarity with public company marketing is highly preferred
