Here on the Apple Store Online team, we are responsible for Apple's largest store. Our main goal is to deliver a magical, personal digital experience where customers can shop, buy and learn everything Apple, wherever they are. Each customer should feel like they are our only customer and our job is to set the bar for the experience they receive. To run such an extraordinary store, it takes extraordinary people, and we are looking for someone to help us do extraordinary things.

The Digital Experience and Merchandising (DE&M) team defines, develops and delivers an exceptional shopping experience for Apple Store Online customers across all of our digital platforms. As Digital Merchandising Specialist, Payments and Pricing, you will define and execute merchandising strategies for payments and affordability programs in the Americas, and co-develop global standards and best practices for pricing merchandising with regional peers.

Description
Establish a deep understanding of Apple Retail payment programs, platform capabilities, legal and compliance requirements.
Develop merchandising plans and author creative briefs for new assets, landing pages, and customer messaging.
Define requirements for merchandising tools and platforms that enable new programs, financing terms, and pricing strings for Apple products across apple.com (http://apple.com/) and the Apple Store app.
Gather data analysis/insights from various sources including sales data, site engagement metrics, customer chat and survey data, to inform business optimizations and drive conversion.
