Every day brings new challenges and projects, but here is a typical day in the job:
- Recruit and interview for various positions with focus in Product Development roles (MEAN Stack ) and Sales
- Advise and document on market trends, interview best practices, and effective hiring processes
- Source active and passive candidates utilizing creative strategies and techniques
- Meet candidates in person, telephone, or video conference to assess their qualifications
- Collaborate with engineering teams and leaders to understand hiring goals and build recruiting strategies
- Continuously build a network of potential candidates, conduct in-depth interviews, ensure a positive candidate experience
Here's what we're looking for:
- You have a university degree or certificate in Human Resources or relevant experience
- You are comfortable prospecting for candidates online and you have a knack for generating interest in the first InMail!
- You know how to use your emotional intelligence to identify your candidates, ask the right questions and create a unique experience;
- You have what is called the "growth mindset", you are not afraid to be challenged and to challenge others;
- Previous experience with an ATS is an asset
