Talent acquisition is the key part of our growth strategy. We are looking for someone to take the lead on the recruitment process with a focus on our Product Development and Sales areas. The key word here is "leadership": we expect a lot of creativity and ownership from you to develop effective and innovative strategies to fill our strategic corporate positions.

Every day brings new challenges and projects, but here is a typical day in the job:

• Recruit and interview for various positions with focus in Product Development roles (MEAN Stack ) and Sales
• Advise and document on market trends, interview best practices, and effective hiring processes
• Source active and passive candidates utilizing creative strategies and techniques
• Meet candidates in person, telephone, or video conference to assess their qualifications
• Collaborate with engineering teams and leaders to understand hiring goals and build recruiting strategies
• Continuously build a network of potential candidates, conduct in-depth interviews, ensure a positive candidate experience

Here's what we're looking for:

• You have a university degree or certificate in Human Resources or relevant experience
• You are comfortable prospecting for candidates online and you have a knack for generating interest in the first InMail!
• You know how to use your emotional intelligence to identify your candidates, ask the right questions and create a unique experience;
• You have what is called the "growth mindset", you are not afraid to be challenged and to challenge others;
• Previous experience with an ATS is an asset
