SUMMARY: This position provides confidential administrative assistance to a department and Executive Director(s).

Highline Human Resources is looking for an Executive Assistant to support the important work of the department and the senior leadership team. This position is the backbone of an efficient department, supporting clarity in communications, exercising discernment around discrete matters and ensuring every Highline stakeholder has access to the right folks on our team. The ideal candidate has experience in executive support and understands the intimate nature of doing so well. They are adaptive, resourceful and center the dignity of all those they work with. This candidate is someone who can create and manage systems of organization for a variety of purposes (i.e. budget management, ordering materials, scheduling, management, time reporting, etc.) and also has experience planning and executing projects while also anticipating and mitigating barriers.

Timeline note: Screening of the candidate pool will be conducted the week of March 17, with interviews tentatively scheduled March 21.
