Objective of Position:
The Client Relations Manager is a liaison between Client Advisors and clients, to establish and maintain relationships for increased customer satisfaction. This role ensures each client receives high-quality service by handling inquiries, managing projects, and ensuring follow up and follow through on action items.

Usual office environment with frequent sitting, walking, and standing, and occasional climbing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, crawling, and balancing. Frequent use of eye, hand, and finger coordination enabling the use of office equipment. Oral and auditory capacity enabling interpersonal communication as well as communication through automated devices.

This role allows for a combination of remote and in-office work, with occasional visits to the office based on business needs. Compensation & Benefits:
Byline Bank offers competitive industry rate salary bands with the goal of retaining and growing talented individuals. We regularly review and adjust our compensation structure as needed to ensure equity across teams and levels.
The salary range for this position is between $104,000 to $129,000.
In addition, Byline provides benefits including medical coverage, dental, vision, disability, 401k, paid time off and much more! Depending on the specific role, compensation may also include discretionary bonuses and other benefit programs. The actual compensation package may vary based on factors such as skill set, experience level, and candidate's location.

The Client Relations Manager is a liaison between Client Advisors and clients, to establish and maintain relationships for increased customer satisfaction. Duties and Responsibilities:
- Serves as a primary point of contact for clients, providing exceptional service and addressing inquiries regarding accounts, services, and general financial matters.
- Creates, implements, and enforces policies and procedures for Wealth Management.
- Administers accounts in a manner that ensures smooth operational compliance with relevant governing instruments, legal requirements, and business line policies and procedures yet ensures a high level of client service.
- Manages, maintains, and organizes confidential files, databases, and records. Responsible for account maintenance, transfers, and new account setups, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and internal procedures.
- Prepares client reports, presentations, and other financial documents for client meetings and communications as needed.
- Represents the Wealth Management Group for special bank wide or department initiatives as well as on compliance and administrative committees.
- Assists with the client onboarding process, ensuring all required documentation is completed accurately and timely.
- Performs special projects that require responding to specific account inquiries and issues.
- Serves as the liaison between the front-office and back-office staff as well as other departments within the bank.
- Assists in the planning and execution of strategic projects.
- Coordinates and manage internal and external meetings, events, and client engagements.
- Train/onboard new employees with procedures/systems.
- Hire, train, and supervise the associates within the Wealth Management Group.
- Complete mandatory account reviews for the assigned accounts.
- All other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business or Finance or commensurate wealth management or financial services experience with high net worth clients.
- 5+ years of experience in the financial services sector, with a background in client-facing roles.
- Strong operational and administrative skills with experience in managing financial accounts, transactions, and office workflows.
- Exceptional organizational skills, with a keen eye for detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving abilities, critical thinking, and resourcefulness.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with clients, colleagues, and senior management.
- Knowledge of financial products, services, and industry regulations.
- High level of discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive client information.
- Be self-motivated with a strong attention to detail.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite.
