Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Project Manager to oversee the execution of installation projects from start to finish. This role involves managing project timelines, budgets, resources, and client relationships while ensuring quality and safety standards are met. The ideal candidate will bring exceptional organizational skills, a problem-solving mindset, and a proactive approach to managing risks and resolving issues.

Areas of responsibilities may include but are not limited to:
  • Client Relationship Management: Serve as the main point of contact for clients, managing expectations and providing regular project updates.
  • End-to-End Project Management: Manage all phases of installation projects, ensuring schedules and budgets are maintained.
  • Monitor Job Progress: Oversee installation projects to ensure quality standards, deadlines, and milestones are met while addressing any issues that arise.
  • Maintain Safety Standards: Ensure compliance with all safety protocols and regulations across job sites to maintain a safe working environment.
  • Project Planning: Develop and manage project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation, coordinating seamlessly with teams for smooth operations.
  • Quality Assurance: Conduct regular inspections and reviews to ensure project deliverables meet company and client standards.
  • Reporting: Provide detailed project updates, including status, budget performance, and team productivity, to senior management.
  • Resource Forecasting: Predict future resource needs for current and upcoming projects to ensure the company is well-prepared.
  • Client Issue Resolution: Address and resolve client issues promptly, fostering strong relationships and ensuring satisfaction.
  • Budget Management: Monitor and manage project budgets, making necessary adjustments to meet financial goals without compromising quality.
  • Resource Coordination: Collaborate with Field Supervisors to allocate resources effectively, addressing shortages or scheduling conflicts.
  • Risk Management: Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation plans to minimize impact.
  • Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate records of project activities, including daily reports, change orders, and job site conditions.
  • Change Order Management: Manage and document any scope changes, ensuring cost and schedule adjustments are communicated and approved.
  • Performance Metrics: Define and monitor KPIs to drive continuous project improvement.
  • Pre-kickoff Meetings: Conduct meetings with representatives to ensure alignment before project initiation.
  • Gantt Chart Management: Use Gantt charts to provide accurate, trackable timelines for all projects.
  • Oversee Subcontractors: Manage subcontractor performance to meet project timelines, quality standards, and safety regulations while maintaining clear communication.


Education, Skills, Experience, and Knowledge
  • Proven experience in project management, preferably in installation or construction projects.
  • Strong understanding of project planning, budgeting, and resource management.
  • Familiarity with safety protocols and quality assurance standards.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and CRMs (e.g., Gantt charts, Excel, Salesforce, are a plus)
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and client management skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and risk mitigation experience.
  • Ability to collaborate with internal teams, subcontractors, and clients effectively.


Work Environment

Office & production environments, facility mechanical spaces, job sites.

Physical demands may include but are not limited to:

Moderate walking, standing, and/or climbing; light lifting and carrying, stooping, bending, kneeling, and reaching. Must be able to lift a minimum of 40 lbs.

Must be able to withstand elevated temperatures.
