The Role:
We are seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to join our FP&A team and support consolidated P&L oversight. Reporting to OpenTable's Manager of FP&A, this high-visibility role provides senior leadership exposure and learning and development opportunities in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

In this role, you will:
There are a variety of factors that go into determining a salary range, including but not limited to external market benchmark data, geographic location, and years of experience sought/required. The range for this United States located role is $95,000 - $120,000 USD.
In addition to a competitive base salary, roles are eligible for additional compensation and benefits including: annual cash bonus; health benefits; flexible spending account; retirement benefits; life insurance; paid time off (including PTO, paid sick leave, medical leave, bereavement leave, floating holidays and paid holidays); and parental leave and benefits.

In this role, you will:
- Spearhead the financial planning process, including budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning, offering valuable insights to enhance business performance and decision-making.
- Analyze key performance measurements, identify trends, and translate complex financial data into clear, insightful reports and dashboards. Present findings and analytics to senior leadership to support data-driven decisions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Product, Accounting, etc.) to assess the financial impacts of key initiatives, optimize resource allocation, and evaluate new business opportunities.
- Build and maintain detailed financial models to evaluate return on investment for new products, growth initiatives, and market expansions.
- Participate in cross-functional projects to ensure alignment with long-term strategic goals. Lead specific work streams within larger projects, coordinating efforts and ensuring timely delivery of high-quality outcomes.
- Drive improvements and automation in financial systems, reporting, and analysis to increase efficiency, accuracy, and scalability.
- Support ad hoc financial analyses, aligning financial objectives with company priorities while driving growth initiatives.
- 3+ years in FP&A, corporate finance, investment banking, or management consulting.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Finance, Accounting, Economics.
- Strong financial modeling and data analysis skills, with expertise in Excel/Google Sheets (including advanced formulas, pivot tables, etc.).
- A focus on accuracy and timely delivery, and are detail-oriented.
- Ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment while meeting competing deadlines.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate financial insights into actionable recommendations for leadership.
- Proactive, problem-solving approach, continuously looking for opportunities to improve processes.
- Team player mentality, with a "no task is too small" attitude and proactive communication to ensure team alignment.
