Job Title: Sales Director - Website Development Services
Location: Remote available for those inMA, NH, RI, ME, CT, NY, NJ, NC, TN, FL, IL, MO, TX, UT, AZ, CA, ID, PA and CO. Boston office open for local employees
Salary: $120k-140k base + commission bonus + benefits
Requirements: High level, consultative sales, website development projects (WordPress, Drupal preferred)
Position Overview:
We are a thriving digital agency based in Boston now seeking an experienced Sales Director- Web to lead our sales efforts for our website development solutions, driving revenue growth and developing strategic partnerships. This role is essential for enhancing our brand presence online and expanding our customer base through effective proposal deliveries and exceptional relationship management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets for website build solutions.
  • Manage and mentor the sales team, ensuring high performance and productivity.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders. Prospect via LinkedIn, cold calls/emails. Lead intake calls with consultative, solutions oriented approach showcasing our expertise in brand marketing, performance marketing and website development projects.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to align sales strategies with brand marketing initiatives. Participate in weekly internal sales meetings.
  • Identify new business opportunities and conduct market research to inform sales strategy decisions.
  • Oversee the proposal development process to ensure competitive and compelling offerings.
  • Utilize CRM tools such as HubSpot Sales Hub for tracking and managing sales activities.
  • Support website development teams with insights on web trends and customer needs, run website crawls, present proposals using PandaDoc templates to match client goals, budgets and timelines.

Qualifications
  • Proven experience in sales, specifically in website development projects.6+ years in digital agency environment preferred.
  • Strong understanding of brand marketing and its impact on sales performance.
  • Experience with website development and content management systems, particularly WordPress/Drupal.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing, brand and performance marketing concepts and tools.
  • Ability to analyze website performance using tools like Google Lighthouse and BuiltWith.
  • Exceptional consultative sales skills with a focus on relationship building.
  • Experience with prospecting and lead generation in a B2B environment.
  • Knowledge of additional platforms such as Google Workspace, HubSpot, Apollo is a plus.
