- Proficiency in Microsoft Entra and Azure Active Directory
- Experience with CyberArk Privileged Cloud and Conjur
- Advanced PowerShell scripting skills for automation
- Hands-on experience with YubiKey deployment and management
- Understanding of authentication and authorization protocols (SAML, OIDC, OAuth)
- Compliance Knowledge: Familiarity with industry regulations related to identity governance
- Analytical Skills: Strong problem-solving abilities for diagnosing complex IAM challenges
- Communication Skills: Ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
- Collaboration: Proven ability to work cross-functionally with diverse teams
- Certifications: Preferred certifications include Microsoft Certified: Identity and Access Administrator Associate
Desired Qualifications:
- Industry Experience: Experience in a regulated industry such as insurance or finance.
- Project Management: Experience managing IAM projects from planning to execution.
- Experience with PowerBI
