Job Description
Job Title: Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) / Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)

Job Specialty: Outpatient Clinic - Vascular Tech

Job Duration: 13 weeks

Shift: Day, 5x8-Hour (08:00 - 17:00)

Guaranteed Hours: Not specified

Experience: Minimum of 2 years in an Outpatient setting

License: Valid permanent California LVN license with IV certification

Certifications: IV Certified, Basic Life Support (BLS)

Must-Have:
- IV Certification and proficiency in blood draws
- Previous outpatient experience
- Ambulatory experience

Job Description:
- This position requires floating to the Urology department within the same location
- Candidates must be willing to work within scope to meet facility needs
- Weekends and on-call shifts are not required
- Previous vascular and IV team experience is preferred
- First-time applicants with relevant experience are accepted
- COVID-19 vaccine and current booster are mandatory; no exemptions are allowed
- A flexible approach regarding floating requirements is essential
