Position Overview
We are seeking a skilled Estimator to join our team, responsible for analyzing project requirements and preparing accurate cost estimates to support our industrial building projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in estimating and a keen understanding of the construction industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Review project plans and specifications to determine scope of work.
• Prepare detailed cost estimates for labor, materials, and equipment.
• Collaborate with project managers and engineers to gather project information.
• Conduct take-offs and prepare bids for various projects.
• Manage and track procurement processes for materials and services.
• Utilize estimating software, such as Blue Beam and Procore, to enhance accuracy and efficiency.
• Provide support during the bid submission process and negotiate with suppliers.
• Assist in the preparation of reports and documentation for project evaluations.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as an Estimator, preferably in industrial construction.
• Experience working with industrial builders A+
• Strong knowledge of commercial construction estimating practices.
• Familiarity with take-offs, bids, and procurement processes.
• Experience in civil and commercial construction is a plus.
• Proficiency in estimating software, specifically Blue Beam and Procore.
• Strong analytical and mathematical skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
