Summary: This position envisions financial systems enhancement and integrations. Analyzes, and performs application improvements. Working closely with the Information Systems Team on implementation of new modules and data integration ensuring the smooth operation and optimization of systems.
Salary Range: The salary range budgeted for this position is $68,600/yr to $97,400/yr and represents the Company's good faith minimum and maximum range for this role at the time of posting. The compensation offered to a candidate may vary depending on several factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies, experience, and location.
The Company also offers various benefits, including medical, dental, vision, and a 401(K) match. Other rewards may include annual performance-based bonuses and wellness days.

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Understand and comply with requirements of all laws and regulations applicable to the position
- Oversee the day-to-day operations and maintenance of the advisor's systems (Orion, Practifi, Laserfiche)
- Analyze system data to identify trends, issues, and opportunities for improvement.
- Working closely with IT in providing technical support to staff, troubleshooting, and resolving system-related issues promptly.
- Assist in the integration of Advisor's systems and technologies with existing ones to enhance efficiency and productivity.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation of system configurations, processes, and procedures.
- Participate in system-related projects, ensuring they are delivered on time and within scope.
- Use knowledge of software to propose and maintain optimal and competitive services/products that meet or exceed those features offered by our competition of similar services
- Work with various departments to assess if current software meets the needs of the organization; research and implement new software when necessary
- Perform other duties as assigned

Education and/or Experience:
- Bachelor's Degree in a related field is required
- Minimum of 3-5 years previous experience in an Application Analyst role
- Experience with CRM, Content Management Systems, Web Development Platforms, and Enterprise Document Management Solutions required
Skills:
- Understanding of programming concepts including SQL, and general Banking/Financial industry knowledge required
- In-depth knowledge of I.T. concepts, networking, and system protocols required
- Analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills required
- Ability to work independently and a quick learner who is easily able to learn new products, systems, applications, and technologies
- Must be able to interact professionally with a diverse group, executives, managers, developers, and internal associates
- Must be flexible, work independently, and manage multiple projects
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organization skills
- Present a professional image and work well in a team environment
