Role Summary
The Manufacturing Manager will be accountable for planning, organizing, reviewing manufacturing operations. They will also oversee and monitor the performance of manufacturing operations as it relates to quality, safety, productivity, cost control, service to sales, employee training and leadership development.

Role Summary
The Manufacturing Manager will be accountable for planning, organizing, reviewing manufacturing operations. They will also oversee and monitor the performance of manufacturing operations as it relates to quality, safety, productivity, cost control, service to sales, employee training and leadership development.
Key Responsibilities
- Organize and facilitate production line activities to ensure conformance to establish requirements regarding quality, safety, employee- relations, productivity and cost scheduled volume outputs
- Lead the change management techniques to develop the culture of continuous improvement and engagement.
- Work with engineering, quality, sales and manufacturing employees in finding innovative ways to improve quality and productivity.
- Support employee involvement in safety, problem solving, project planning and fostering a team atmosphere.
- Prepare departmental costs and variances with regard to productivity, short and long-range planning, labor scheduling, product scheduling, and delivery.
- Monitor productivity data and help develop corrective action plans necessary to achieve annual productivity improvements
- Assist with the supervision of the production staff including but not limited to performance management and employee development, etc.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of leadership experience in the manufacturing industry.
- Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, quality control, and safety standards.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to think strategically and solve complex problems.
- Proficiency in using manufacturing software and tools.
Preferred Skills:
- Lean manufacturing and Six Sigma certification.
- Experience with ERP systems.
- Knowledge of industry regulations and standards.
