Premier Research is dedicated to providing compensation that is fair and competitive with market standards. The annualized starting base pay for this role is $180,000.00 USD. The actual salary will be influenced based on a variety of factors such as the candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies, and proficiency for the role. What you'll be doing:
- Maintains account management responsibility for assigned accounts, including direct account management and targeted client interactions to sell the services of the company
- Performs outbound activities and engages with clients who are new to Premier
- Supports Account Managers and Operations through development of strategic client solutions
- Formulates account strategies and tactics with other Account Managers and therapeutic leaders, including generation of RFPs and client presentations
- Ensures the quality of proposals through review on a selected basis for assigned accounts and others, as appropriate
- Supports international client activities through collaboration with Premier Research operation teams and collaborative European partners
What we are searching for:
- Bachelor's degree in scientific discipline
- Minimum of seven (7) years direct experience in consultative sales (preferably in CRO or related service industry), management experience helpful
- Demonstrated understanding of Phase I through Phase IV drug development
- Remote role, however current physical residence must be located in San Francisco or San Diego area to be considered
- Ability to perform overnight regional business travel, up to 50%
