Job Description:
Lead and optimize sales enablement strategies, drive revenue growth, and manage a growing team in a highly collaborative enterprise environment.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales enablement strategies to enhance sales efficiency.
- Manage, mentor, and train SDR & BDR teams (currently 3-4 people, scaling to 5-6 in 12-24 months).
- Improve lead generation and pipeline development.
- Support sellers with proposals, presentations, and sales materials.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Product, and Sales teams.
- Oversee training programs and upskill team members.
- Leverage Salesforce and other sales enablement tools.
Requirements:
Must-Haves:
- 5+ years (ideally 8-10+) in Sales Enablement/Sales Operations.
- Strong experience with Salesforce.
- Proven leadership and team management skills.
Nice-to-Haves:
- Experience with HubSpot, Gong, or Outreach.
- Enterprise B2B sales experience.
- Background in insurance, data analytics, or a similar industry.
