Compensation Range: Up to $150K base + 18% target bonus

Job Description:

Lead and optimize sales enablement strategies, drive revenue growth, and manage a growing team in a highly collaborative enterprise environment.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute sales enablement strategies to enhance sales efficiency.
  • Manage, mentor, and train SDR & BDR teams (currently 3-4 people, scaling to 5-6 in 12-24 months).
  • Improve lead generation and pipeline development.
  • Support sellers with proposals, presentations, and sales materials.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Product, and Sales teams.
  • Oversee training programs and upskill team members.
  • Leverage Salesforce and other sales enablement tools.

Requirements:

Must-Haves:
  • 5+ years (ideally 8-10+) in Sales Enablement/Sales Operations.
  • Strong experience with Salesforce.
  • Proven leadership and team management skills.

Nice-to-Haves:
  • Experience with HubSpot, Gong, or Outreach.
  • Enterprise B2B sales experience.
  • Background in insurance, data analytics, or a similar industry.
