Description:
As an associate manager of financial systems analysis leading the Receivables Control team within the Treasury Operations organization, you'll coordinate various analyses and controls to ensure financial accuracy and compliance. As an independent subject matter expert with a comprehensive understanding of system functionality, business controls, and accounting concepts, you'll assess risks, determine financial impact, and protect financial integrity. In this role, you'll lead and participate in projects that impact your team's processes and controls. Additionally, you'll work with managers, peers, and staff from other departments and assist internal and external auditors with audit requests.
This is a hybrid role requiring two days in the office per month at Mayfield Village, OH - 300 N. Commons Blvd., Mayfield Village, OH 44143. In office commitment subject to change based on business need.

Must-have qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Accounting or related field of study and a minimum 6 years of financial systems, analytical or accounting experience.
Preferred skills
- Demonstrable leadership, collaboration, and relationship-building skills to work successfully with business partners, alongside strong communication skills for setting clear expectations and sharing information with colleagues, partners, and leaders.
- Strong knowledge of internal accounting controls and Sarbanes-Oxley control documentation standards and meet requirements to work in the General Ledger. Those General Ledger requirements include the completion of Principles of Accounting I and II -or- Financial Accounting I and II.
- Organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to multitask, set priorities, follow up on open items, and meet deadlines.
- Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities to drive process improvements and maintain effective business controls.
- Adaptability to new situations and a quick learning ability.
Compensation
- $87,200 - $116,200/year
- Gainshare annual cash incentive payment up to 30% of eligible earnings based on company performance
