Summary:
The main function of a business operations specialist is to maintain vendor relationships, act as a business analyst for non-IT projects, or filling organizational roles above an administrative level, but below a management level.
Other responsibilities may include maintaining all project management processes, including project goals, deadlines, metrics, and budget.
The business operations specialist usually reports to a project manager or director.
Responsibilities
Help with the data assembly, manipulation and/ or formats of data that will impact various reporting platforms
Work with overseas teams to maintain and develop data warehouses and other data sources to support current and future business needs
Assists with system design, development, implementation, monitoring and testing of various dashboard and the ETLs that support them
Maintaining request/in-progress/release changes
Maintaining code and log updates to ETL
Work on the Importing/exporting, transforming and loading data into RevOps database
Ability to prioritize the work needed for enhancement to be released according to business needs
Work with stakeholders to execute and monitor data processing workflows
Qualifications
10+ years of business experience; experience in the technology of digital media industry a plus
Must be task driven & can produce and hit key deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Deep understanding of the digital advertising space, with knowledge of programmatic landscape, Connected TV & upcoming technologies, industry trends, and major players
Exceptional organizational, interpersonal, and verbal/written communication skills
Bachelor's degree, in BS Computer Science or related technical background
