We are looking for a Pharmacy Manager to oversee a team of 25+ clinical pharmacists and serve as the site's Medication Safety Officer.

Responsibilities include:
Develops, maintains, enhances, and oversees identified area(s) within the pharmacy department that can include: operations of the pharmacy, clinical services of the department, medication safety, quality and regulatory compliance for the department.
Responsible for implementing corporate strategies for identified area (s) within department: pharmacy operations, clinical services, regulatory compliance and/or medication safety and quality.
Ensures quality and patient safety regarding medication management at site.
Develops and implements process improvement in identified areas for the department.

Qualifications
Required Education/Experience/Specialized Skills:
  • Pharm BS or Pharm.D.
  • Three (3) years in a clinical pharmacy position required.
Required Certification/Registration:
  • Current CA Pharmacy license.
Preferred Education/Experience/Specialized Skills/Certification:
  • Hospital experience and previous leadership experience preferred.
  • Hospital practice residency preferred.
  • Pharm D. degree preferred.
  • Working experience with Epic EHR.
