Safety Professionals - Electrical Construction

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate the safety activities of electrical field crews of 20+ members.
• Conduct regular safety meetings, manage costs, and ensure schedules are adhered to.
• Implement and enforce safety protocols to ensure the well-being of all field crew members.
• Perform safety inspections and audits to identify potential hazards and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
• Develop and deliver safety training programs to educate field crews on best practices and safety procedures.
• Investigate and report on incidents, accidents, and near-misses, and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
• Maintain and procure necessary safety supplies and equipment.
• Collaborate with project managers and executives to integrate safety into project planning and execution.
• Stay updated on industry safety standards and regulations to ensure compliance.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of safety leadership experience in the electrical field.
• Proven track record of managing safety programs and initiatives.
• Strong knowledge of electrical safety standards and regulations.
• Experience in conducting safety inspections and audits.
• Ability to develop and deliver effective safety training programs.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• A project list showing project history and electrical values is highly preferred.
• Certification in electrical safety or related field is a plus.
