The Project Manager is responsible for project management, process improvement, and corporate
communication. This position reports to the Chief Operating Officer.
Job Responsibilities
Project Management
- Project manager for national retail operations, including management of Monday software, tracking
project milestones, and following-up with allocated resources - Manage the process for SOPs, communication distribution lists, and central dashboard/file location
- Manage change management initiatives including both process changes and regularly scheduled
stakeholder, leadership, and off-site meetings - Project manager for acquisitions and other related company activities
Corporate Communications
- Support the execution and administration of the corporate communication process, including
internal/external communication, intranet, and employee communication on a regular cadence - Participate in planning and execution of communication related to quarterly earnings, annual meetings,
press releases, and other public company related activities - Support employee engagement activities
Office Administration
- Oversee all administrative duties in the corporate office to ensure the office is operating smoothly
- Serve as secondary contact for office building management (Varispace and vendors)
- Performs other duties as assigned
Required Skills/Abilities
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Organized with advanced time management skills
- Engaging interpersonal & group presentation skills with the ability to influence executive leaders
- Ability to prioritize and organize work with competing stakeholders
Education and Experience
- 5 or more years' experience with Project Management, Information Technology, or Human Resources
- Bachelor's degree required, preferably in Business or Organizational Psychology
- Experience in a dealership or retail business environment preferred
