Senior Tax Analyst

We are seeking a Senior Tax Analyst to manage the preparation and review of corporate income tax returns, tax estimates, and extensions. This role involves supporting tax audits, conducting tax research, and advising clients on strategic tax matters. • Prepare and review complex federal and state corporate income tax returns.
• Conduct research and draft memoranda on federal and state tax issues.
• Prepare income tax accrual calculations in compliance with ASC 740.

• Manage client relationships and oversee tax professionals working on client projects.
• Ensure high-quality tax service delivery to clients.
