We are on the hunt for a skilled Accounting Manager/Supervisor to spearhead our accounting operations in the manufacturing sector, based out of our Cincinnati, Ohio office.
Responsibilities:
Supervise and drive the accounting operations, which encompass accounts payable/receivable, the general ledger, and cash applications.
Guarantee the punctuality and accuracy of financial transactions and account reconciliations.
Direct the management of capital expenditure and assist in processing expense reports.
Provide financial insight and variance analysis to the senior leadership team.
Train, mentor, and supervise a team of accounting professionals.
Ensure adherence to regulatory guidelines and coordinate internal and external audits.
Develop and implement improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
Assist in the monthly and year-end close processes.
Engage in special projects and initiatives.
Requirements
Proficiency in Accounting Software Systems is mandatory
Experience with ADP - Financial Services is required
Familiarity with BlackLine is highly preferred
Experience using Concur is desirable
Profound knowledge of ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning is essential
Ability to manage all Accounting Functions effectively
Experience in managing Accounts Payable (AP) processes
Expertise in handling Accounts Receivable (AR)
Proven experience in Auditing is required
Ability to manage all Billing Functions effectively
