WHAT'S YOUR DAY LIKE?
As an Outside Sales Rep, your position revolves around engaging with customers, strengthening relationships, and providing effective agriculture solutions. You're on the front lines of our business, speaking with clients about their needs and promoting our selection of equipment and services.
To provide the best information possible, you stay informed about John Deere products and competitive brands, equipment values, incentive programs, financing options, and common agricultural processes. You make great recommendations for each customer's individual needs and develop effective sales plans. As requested, you perform field equipment demonstrations, oversee delivery, and help train operators. You stay on top of trends and collaborate with management to help keep our business at the top of the game!

ARE YOU THE RIGHT ONE FOR THE JOB?
3+ years of account management or equipment sales experience would be preferred. A bachelor's degree in a business or agriculture-related field would be a bonus. If you have the right mindset and drive to excel, we're willing to train you to succeed!

- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
- Proficiency with computers and online tools
- Strong math skills
- Ability to work flexible hours and weekends
- Ability to lift 40 pounds as well as safely operate, hook up, secure, and transport equipment
