In this role, we are seeking a highly experienced and driven Vice President of Program Management to lead and execute critical growth initiatives within the Chief Growth Office (CGO). This role requires a proven track record of successfully managing complex programs across multiple functions and stakeholders, driving transformation, and fostering strong internal and external communications.
Responsibilities
Program Management for Growth Function Transformation: This involves managing multiple initiatives to scale the growth function. This includes strategic planning, execution, and monitoring of progress
Supporting the Chief Growth Officer (CGO): The role requires supporting the CGO in managing relationships with partners, clients, advisors, and external connections. This entails coordination, communication, and logistical support
Program Management for F&A Service Line Transformation: This responsibility focuses on managing the transformation of the Finance and Accounting (F&A) service line. This likely includes process improvement, system implementation, and team management
Social Media Management and Communications: The VP will own and manage the social media presence and communications for the growth office, both internally and externally. This includes content creation, engagement, and brand management

The approximate annual base compensation range for this position is [$160,000 to $200,000]. The actual offer, reflecting the total compensation package plus benefits, will be determined by a number of factors which include but are not limited to the applicant's experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities; geographic location; and internal equity
