Position Overview
We are seeking a skilled Controls Engineer to design, develop, and implement control systems for various automation projects. The ideal candidate will work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to enhance system performance and ensure reliability in industrial applications.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop control systems for automation projects
- Implement SCADA systems and ensure their optimal performance
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to control systems and automation
- Collaborate with electrical engineers and other team members on project specifications
- Develop and test HMI interfaces for user interaction with control systems
- Conduct process control analysis and implement improvements
- Work with robotics and DCS to integrate advanced control technologies
- Perform system integration and signal processing for automation solutions
- Utilize CAD software for system layout and design documentation
- Maintain documentation for control system architecture and programming
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
- Proven experience in control systems design and automation
- Strong knowledge of SCADA systems and HMI development
- Experience with troubleshooting electrical and control systems
- Familiarity with process control and robotics
- Proficient in DCS, instrumentation, and software development
Preferred Skills
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to work in a team environment and communicate effectively
- Experience with signal processing and system integration
- Knowledge of CAD software for system designs
