Head of Product - MedTech

We're looking for a Head of Product (Medical Device) build a health business from the ground up, including navigating regulatory and reimbursement pathways, as well as interfacing with payers. This role will interact closely with R&D, the executive team, and the CEO.

Position responsibilities

• Build a health business from the ground up
  
• Efficiently navigate regulatory & reimbursement pathways
  
• Rapidly prototype and test business ideas via trials
  
• Manage a cross-functional program involving R&D, Engineering, Marketing, and Regulatory
  
• Coordinate with engineering teams to commercialize HW and SW products

Background requirements

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, business, or a related field with 6-10+ years of industry experience in medical devices
  
• Successful track record of FDA clearance (510k, De Novo)
  
• Successfully launched a medical product that is reimbursable
  
• Exemplary at program management
  
• Experience with product development
  
• Experience building a world class teams
