The Silicon Valley Research Lab focuses on developing novel algorithms and technologies to allow machines to learn new knowledge and skills as efficient as human. As a Research Scientist in the team, you will conduct research within a specialized focus area and collaborate with internal and external world-class researchers and applied engineering teams.

Job Responsibilities
    • Propose and develop AI based solutions for autonomous driving challenges
    • Design, implement and evaluate AI models for planning-oriented solutions, including VLM and VLA
    • Research and develop novel approaches to long-tail problems in autonomous driving domain
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams in fast-paced environments


Here is what we'd like to see in you
    • Track record of implementing AI solutions in autonomous systems or robotics
    • Strong expertise in computer vision, deep learning, and related algorithms
    • Proven ability to mathematically model complex driving scenarios and vehicle dynamics
    • Strong programming skills in Python, C++, and deep learning frameworks
    • Passion for solving challenging problems in autonomous vehicle technology
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to model analysis
    • Strong engineering skills to translate research into practical solutions


$140,000 - $250,000 a year

Your compensation will be determined based on your location, experience, and the pay of employees in similar positions.

You will also be eligible for annual discretionary performance bonus, equity and benefits .
