As the Engagement and Belonging Principal reporting to the Sr. Director of Culture, Belonging and Organizational Effectiveness, you will play an important role in ensuring we align culture and engagement activities to our business strategy, and you are responsible to ensure a strong listening and measurement strategy, create active culture and behavioral change components to support our business strategy, and oversee locally-based employee-driven culture and belonging groups.

What you'll get to do
- Propose ongoing listening strategy core elements and enhancements. Manage the plan and in partnership with internal teams, deliver measurement tactics, gather and present feedback with recommendations for positive change, oversee corporate action planning, and infuse enterprise-wide change into related programs.
- Oversee and deliver our strategy to further reinforce and embed Our Way Values into the culture in our programs, processes, and decision making through content, workshops, live events, or other activities.
- Oversee and organize global infrastructure for local Connect groups which host onsite activities to allow Daymakers to meet colleagues in person, share experiences, and become integrated into their local Dayforce teams. Manage centralized budget for local activities, host regular check-ins with group leaders, synthesize feedback on events, provide best practices and guidance.
- Provide light support and structure for HR Together, our internal functional volunteer-led group for quarterly events and learning.
- Create and maintain project management documentation, communication vehicles, and relevant reporting.
- As a member of the Culture, Belonging and Organizational Effectiveness team, serve as a teammate back-up for our DEI initiatives and programming, and support organizational effectiveness initiatives as necessary.
Skills and Experience we value
- Demonstrated skills in data analysis, human resource management, and global program management.
- 5 years within HR Analytics or employee listening roles, including hands-on design and delivery of global employee surveys, focus groups or listening tours, summarizing data and making executive-level recommendations for meaningful change.
- 3 years large-scale global project management.
- 3 years creating, organizing, or working with employee-driven engagement activities such as group events, or volunteer-based efforts for change (e.g., wellness champions, employee resource groups, environmental or community impact groups).
- Demonstrated experience creating tools, frameworks and guidelines to support global, enterprise organization action plans and change.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels both in written and visual formats and exceptional attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple and competing priorities in a fast-paced work environment.
- Strong stakeholder management, organization, research and analytical skills.
- Proven ability to establish positive and productive working relationships and collaborate with cross-functional teams and colleagues at all levels.
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Proficient in Microsoft products- Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
