With the flexibility to work from home, a coffee shop, from the top of a mountain and at our Head Office based in Vancouver BC (hybrid arrangement), we are seeking a Senior Brand Manager who is ready to take the next step in their career. This role is ideal for a strategic, creative, and visionary marketer who can champion the brand both inspiring new and turning audiences, engaging internal stakeholders, and driving impactful brand initiatives. You will be responsible for building and executing brand and marketing strategies, leading creative storytelling, and overseeing our category team. You must be able to translate vision into action, ensuring brand consistency across all touchpoints and fostering a culture of brand advocacy inside and outside the organization. This role requires a leader, a storyteller, and an executor-someone who can articulate the brand's value, rally cross-functional teams, and make an impact through strong integrated marketing, leadership and a deep understanding of brand.

Brand Leadership
- Develop and execute a brand campaigns and product launches that drive awareness, engagement, and business impact.
- Champion the brand internally and externally, ensuring alignment and enthusiasm across all teams, partners, and stakeholders.
- Own the brand marketing calendar, balancing long-term storytelling with tactical initiatives.
- Oversee category managers, ensuring a consistent, high-performing approach across multiple product lines.
- Serve as the internal voice of the brand, ensuring clarity and consistency across teams.
- Build strong relationships with key stakeholders, agencies, media, and retail partners to enhance brand visibility and credibility.
GTM & Campaign Development
- Lead the development of integrated marketing campaigns, ensuring best-in-class creative across digital, social, retail, and experiential.
- Develop and execute comprehensive go-to-market strategies for new products, ensuring alignment with sales and marketing objectives.
- Work closely with the marketing team, cross-functional partners, agencies, and production partners to develop compelling storytelling and breakthrough creative that drives Organika as a brand.
- Act as the brand's key storyteller, ensuring all messaging and creative assets are aligned, engaging, and differentiated.
- Push creative boundaries, leveraging consumer insights and cultural trends to keep the brand ahead of the curve.
Planning & Strategy
- Develop and execute category investment strategies that align with long-term business goals and drive growth.
- Lead annual business planning and budgeting, collaborating with finance, sales, marketing, digital, and operations to ensure alignment.
- Analyze product portfolios, pricing, and category performance, making strategic recommendations to maximize profitability.
- Manage and optimize category P&L, monitoring cost drivers, forecasting trends, and communicating key insights to senior leadership
Team Leadership & Cross Functional Collaboration
- Manage and mentor category managers, fostering a culture of collaboration, strategic thinking, and creative excellence.
- Work closely with product, retail, and e-commerce teams to ensure seamless integration of brand initiatives.
- Partner with growth, digital, and performance marketing teams to optimize campaigns for both brand equity and commercial success.
- Own key project timelines, budgets, and resource planning, ensuring seamless execution of campaigns and initiatives.
Consumer Insights & Growth
- Stay ahead of consumer trends, competitive landscapes, and emerging platforms to drive brand differentiation.
- Utilize data-driven insights to refine brand messaging, creative execution, and marketing effectiveness.
- Drive innovation by testing and iterating new storytelling approaches across emerging channels and formats.
- Ensure accurate tracking and analysis of category performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations to senior leadership

- 6-8 years of experience in brand marketing, ideally within consumer goods, lifestyle, retail, or wellness industries.
- A brand champion-you know what is on brand and what is off and how to communicate this to internal teams and external partners
- A natural storyteller, with a proven ability to inspire teams and develop engaging brand narratives.
- Leadership experience, with the ability to mentor and develop a team.
- Strong cross-functional collaboration skills, with experience working across creative, digital, product, and growth teams.
- A data-informed mindset, balancing brand-building with performance and business impact.
- A fast-moving, problem-solving mentality-equally comfortable leading and executing.
