About the Role: Responsible for analyzing and improving operational processes in the Safety & Technical Services department. Will also collect and analyze data related to operational performance, prepare detailed reports, create and maintain comprehensive documentation of processes, and identify trends while sharing best practices and recommending new methodologies. In addition to the minimum requirements, this role requires the individual to be well-organized, have strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy and consistency, excellent verbal and written communication skills, ability to convey complex findings to both technical and nontechnical stakeholders, ability to work cooperatively and respond to inquiries on time, flexibility to adapt to changing requirements and the ability to learn and use new tools and techniques, and the ability to work independently as well as on a team.

Physical Requirements:
Sedentary Work - Exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally, and/or a negligible amount of force frequently to lift, carry, push, pull, or otherwise move objects, including the human body. Sedentary work involves sitting most of the time but may involve walking or standing for brief periods of time.

Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in an applicable field such as business, operations management, industrial engineering, or other related fields
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Word and Excel
- Must have and maintain a valid driver's license
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
Preferred Requirements:
- Two (2) years of experience in related field
- Experience with data visualization tools (i.e., Excel, Power BI, Tableau, etc.)
- Ability to analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and insights
- Certification in data analysis or related fields
