Sr. Program Manager Security

Qualifications
Minimum:

• BA/BS in Computer Science, Engineering or equivalent experience
• 5+ years' experience managing managing complex physical security (security cameras, card access control, ground radar, gun shot detection, drone detection, LRAD etc.) implementation projects, including scope, cost, and schedule
• Experience with physical security service agreements and materials logistics
• Experience working in a PMO environment as Project Lead or Project Manager for medium to complex projects

Skills, Knowledge, and Abilities:

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills with strong organizational skills to drive and influence projects across teams and stakeholders
• Demonstrated financial acumen
• Advanced understanding of project management principles and methodologies
• Workforce planning and resource management skills
• Ability to function and manage in a matrixed environment
• Understanding of technology and physical security unique project requirements
• Ability to work across various teams through agreements with stakeholders
• Skilled in using systems and applications to manage projects, including project portfolio management (PPMC), financial systems (SAP), and collaboration tools

Job Responsibilities
Successfully manage multiple moderately complex projects. Specific responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Lead multiple projects typically between $100,000 - $5,000,000, driving all tasks to completion
• Gather, define and document project scope, schedule, and cost to meet business goals
• Form project teams, providing direction and leadership to ensure effective delivery
• Record, track, and communicate issues, risks, changes, and status reports within the company
