Position Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Project Manager to oversee and manage various construction projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will ensure that projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget, while maintaining high standards of quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead project planning sessions to establish project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure project alignment and execution.
• Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary to ensure timely delivery.
• Manage project budgets, timelines, and resources effectively.
• Communicate with stakeholders to provide updates and resolve any issues that arise during the project lifecycle.
• Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies to manage project risks.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Project Manager in the construction industry.
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and tools.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
• Familiarity with industry-specific practices such as Industrial, Concrete, Civil, Excavating, Structural Building, and earthwork is a plus.
