Responsibilities

WHO YOU ARE:

Fire in the Belly:

You are Driven towards success; you can't wait to get up in the morning and get your day started. You have a competitive spirit that comes out in everything you do. You win with dignity and humbleness and when you lose it drives you to improve, and you come back with even more passion for success.

You are Focused on the prize; you set goals and do whatever it takes to achieve them. You anticipate and plan for bumps in the road and are confident they will never slow you down. When unexpected roadblocks appear, you step back and find a new path to the goal. You know and believe that true success only comes by overcoming many failures and obstacles.

You have a Sense of Urgency, you believe Time is the most precious asset, putting off until tomorrow is not an option. You look for and create opportunities to work on important issues. Wasting time on non-value added or meaningless task, projects, and bureaucracy drives you crazy.

You are Not Afraid to Fail, you are not a reckless risk taker but believe that you need to take calculated risk that pushes the envelope. Failing to try is the worst failure of all and you will never progress beyond the status quo. If you're not failing, you're not trying hard enough.

Coach:

You are a Leader; people naturally follow you. You set expectations, empower employees, hold people and teams accountable and celebrate success with employees, teams and the organization. You hold yourself to a high standard for honesty and integrity and people trust you to be fair, unbiased, and transparent and make decisions based on data and facts.

You are a Mentor; you feel great satisfaction in seeing others grow and develop. You teach and guide employees, you are not afraid to provide team members with supportive feedback and partner with them to get them back on track. You understand failures are learning opportunities and encourage employees to push beyond their comfort zone to be able to grow.

You are a Motivator, your actions inspire others to dream more, learn more, do more and become more. You rouse a feeling in people to want to go above and beyond and exceed expectations rather than being satisfied with mediocrity or just good enough. You create a team spirit that brings people together, where everybody has each other's back with a true sense of cooperation.

Integrator:

You are a director, like an Orchestra Conductor, you harmoniously integrate all functions of an organization into a team that is much greater than the sum of each individual department. You resolve cross-functional issues, you feel comfortable creating and implementing an organizational infrastructure that holds all stakeholders accountable to each other.

You are a Communicator, you facilitate the dissipation of information across the entire organization, at all levels. You are not the communication hub where all information flows through you but provide a structure in the organization that promotes and ensures information is shared, interrupted and used to benefit the entire team and the organization.

You are a Strategic Thinker; you always have a game plan toward the company vision. You set goals; 1 year, 90 days and weekly and use these to guide your activity, continuously improving or modifying your game plan to achieve the goal, even as the world, people, equipment and market continually throw curve balls.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:
  • Develop and implement actionable business strategies aligned with short- and long-term objectives in collaboration with the President. Translate strategy into goals for performance, growth, and organizational success.
  • Oversee company operations across Manufacturing, Warehouse & Logistics, IT, Human Resources, Purchasing, Customer Service, Health & Safety, Quality, and Manufacturing Engineering. Ensure cross-functional alignment and operational efficiency.
